Go to Sir Walters for amazing iced coffee, cocktails, and vibes. We went here on for part one of our first date! We were asked to leave (very politely and apologetically) because they were closing for the day. We were so wrapped up in our conversation we hadn't realized we were the last customers left and that half the chairs had been put away already. They have 2 locations downtown but visit the Davie Street location to visit our first date spot!

Just 15 minutes away from Downtown Raleigh. Explore permanent and temporary collections at the North Carolina Museum of Art. NCMA is also home to the Ann and Jim Goodnight Museum Park - a 4.7 mile trail lined with public art exhibits, gardens, and more! Walk the trail, use the bike share kiosks, or settle down on the lawn with a good book. Admission to the People’s Collection in East and West buildings and the Museum Park is free. There is a charge for some special exhibitions and programs such as concerts, films, classes, and performances.
Near Downtown Raleigh and NC State University, Village District is a great place for boutique shopping and dining! Enjoy one of Raleigh's sip n' shop districts with a to-go cup from one of the many restaurants in the District. Jordan and Gabby extended their 2nd date here by grabbing custard at the Goodberry's and eating it on a bench with a cool breeze, outside under the stars. Fun Fact: Gabby used to at one of the boutiques in Village District as a social media content creator!
