Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests should enter campus through the main entrance on Rosemont Avenue, turn left onto Brodbeck Drive, then right onto Hodson Drive. Continue driving clockwise (right) onto Blazer Trail, then turn right at the three-way stop onto the north side of Coffman Chapel Drive to park behind Blazer Hall. Additional Parking is available behind Memorial Hall (next to Blazer), along Blazer Trail, and Coblentz Hall (Reception Site). We strongly recommend arriving 10 minutes early to enjoy a pleasant walk across campus to your destination. Additional Parking Information: Please do not drive or park on the east side of campus near Coffman Chapel and 5th Street. All visitors are advised to park in the following areas: North Side: Along Blazer Trail, behind Coblentz Hall, near Volpe Athletic Center, behind Memorial Hall, and at Blazer Hall West Side: Near Hodson Technology & Science Center, Gambrill Gymnasium, and Whitaker Campus Commons South Campus: Angled parking spaces along Rosemont Avenue Please visit https://www.hood.edu/discover/about-college/construction-updates/east-campus-parking-lot for project updates.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation, but there is plenty of parking onsite at Hood College.

How close are your ceremony venue and your reception venue?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception are at Hood College. Ceremony is at Coffman Chapel, and the reception is at Coblentz Dining Hall. Both locations are less than a 3 min walk across the Hood College quad from the other.
