When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline has passed, if you did not submit your details by the deadline we assumed you would not be in attendance and you will be dearly missed at the wedding!

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Trillium in Sevierville, TN. 2880 Utopia Way, Sevierville, TN 37876.

Is there a shuttle service provided to/from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the venue on the wedding day. The venue is located up a 3-mile winding mountain road, so for the convenience of our guests we wanted to provided a shuttle service. Please refer to the “travel” tab for more information.

Is the shuttle available all evening?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will remain onsite all evening for any guest transportation.

How will I know when the shuttle picks up?

Answer

You will need to share you cabin/lodging information to the link provided in the shuttle info under the “travel” tab. Once. We have received all guest lodging details we will be putting together a customized shuttle schedule that will be sent out to everyone via email. This will be sent out around 2 weeks out from the wedding.

Are there Ubers in the area?

Answer

There are not Ubers readily available on the mountain, so we recommend using our provided shuttle service for any transportation on the wedding day.

Is there parking onsite at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is limited onsite parking at the venue. Keep in mind they do not allow overnight parking and the venue is located on a 3 mile winding road, we do recommend using the shuttle service we have chosen to provide.

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest airport will be McGhee Tyson Airport (roughly 35 miles from the venue and local accommodations). The address is 2055 Alcoa Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701 for any guests lookin into flying.

Do you have any lodging recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the ‘travel’ tab for our nearby recommendations. We have a hotel block reserved and there are tons of nearby cabin rentals we have listed for you as well.
