We now have a room block available at Plumpjack Inn, located next to the Palisades Village. This is the location of the Welcome Party on August 14th, and there will be shuttles available to and from the venue from here on the 15th.

If you prefer to book separate accommodations, we recommend staying on the northwest side of Lake Tahoe—Truckee is a great option with plenty of charm and convenience.
The nearest major airport is Reno-Tahoe International (about an hour from the venue). You may also find limited flights into Truckee Tahoe Airport, which is even closer.
