-If you are planning to stay 3+ nights (recommended for best price deals), please text/call/email the YES travel agency for all of your flight, airport transportation, hotel stay, and excursion needs. The point of contact is Amalia and her phone number is +5353456103 , you can call or text this number, using the WhatsApp application. When adding the travel agents number to your WhatsApp contacts, choose “Cuba” as the country so that the number can register properly. Mention that you are reserving for Gabriela Sangiovanni and Ricardo Martinez's Wedding. If you would like help with booking your flight and airport transportation, mention it to the travel agent as well so that she can build a package for you! If you are not able to reach her via phone/text, you can email sales@yestravel.us . -If you are planning to stay less than 3 days, it is recommended to book with the hotel directly. If you need airport transportation, or excursions feel free to reach out to the YES travel agency , as they can help with that. If you are traveling alone, please note that unfortunately the policy of the hotel/agency is that the special group rate does not apply to a single person room, which will end up bringing the hotel stay price to a more expensive rate. Please contact me if this is the case, so that I can help figure out a different option if needed/wanted.

This is where our WELCOME EVENT will taken place, AT BAR TIMON, as well as the main hotel where guests will be staying at it is the closest to the restaurant where the cocktail hour/reception will be held. The COCKTAIL HOUR/ RECEPTION WILL NOW TAKE PLACE AT JELLYFISH RESTAURANT (red arrow), located right next to hotel.

This is a good off-site option if you choose not to stay at the resort. For more information regarding options available, please visit the website. When looking for apartment/condos near the area, put BAVARO as the location to see what options are available. ***If you choose to stay at another hotel/resort/Airbnb please pay close attention to the following information: - for the WELCOME PARTY on THURSDAY, if you plan to attend, you will have to pay for day pass ($120, purchased in the hotel lobby) in order to be able to be to access the hotel and attend the event - FOR WEDDING DAY- the best option is to order an uber/taxi to get the the church, and once the ceremony is over, you can hop on the shuttle bus, if there is space, and proceed to the restaurant (no additional fees required to enter the cocktail hour/reception). If all spaces are already filled on shuttle buses, then you will have to take an uber/taxi to restaurant and at the end of the night once the party is over. If you need airport transportation, or excursions feel free to reach out to the YES travel agency , as they can help with that. If you would like to explore/use amenities of the hotel Lopesan or any other all inclusive resort in the area, you can always pay for a day pass to be able to have the all inclusive pass for the day ($120 for Lopesan, other hotel day pass prices may vary)
