Yes! We have a room block at The Chateau Grand Hotel Friday and Saturday, which is on the sister property of Park Chateau. The hotel is just across the driveway from all the wedding festivities and does have onsite parking. To reserve a room in our block at a discounted rate, use group code DIBERNARDOPHILIP when booking (make sure you select Group Code and not Promo Code in the dropdown box under Special Codes or Rates). Rooms are $381 per night including all fees. Dress to impress! We'd love to have our loved ones get gussied up for our big day. The dress code is black tie (encouraged but optional). For the ladies this includes floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear tuxedos or suit & ties.
We're hoping to have our ceremony outdoors in the beautiful Park Chateau garden. If it does rain, the ceremony will be held in Park Chateau's chapel. The cocktail hour, reception, and after party will take place indoors.
We have reserved a room block at The Chateau Grande Hotel which is onsite so you can easily walk to all the wedding festivities!
The welcome event will begin at 11 o'clock with the ceremony starting promptly at 11:30 am. We ask that you arrive no later than 11:20 or you will sadly miss out on the ceremony (the most important part of the day!).
Our venue offers free valet parking if you will be driving. For our guests staying at The Chateau Grande Hotel, the venue is just a short walk next door so transportation is not needed.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation as "Your name & Guest". We'd like to keep our wedding an intimate event with our closest family and friends. Thank you so much for understanding!
While we love your little ones, we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We are hoping this will be a much deserved night off for the parents!
Of course we're celebrating! There will be an open bar for the duration of the cocktail hour and reception serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Cheers!
We've selected a variety of dishes for the reception dinner which includes salad and a beef, fish, chicken, and vegetarian option for the main course. A menu will be placed at your table setting and orders will be taken tableside, so no need to send a meal preference card with your RSVP.
