Cancun Airport
Please book your flights into Cancun (CUN) airport. Once you have your flights booked, please send the info to carolisa@barefootbridal.com. We recommend to book directly through the airline to avoid any headaches should your flights be delayed or cancelled for any reason. Check Google Flights, Hopper, Expedia or Kayak to find the best flight deals and then book through the airline. You can even set a price alert to notify you when prices drop!
Hotel
The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences
We have been working with our awesome travel agent, Carolisa Selmo of Barefoot Bridal, to negotiate competitive group rates and have secured a room block with exclusive discounted rates based on booking with the group. Please note that the we have a limited number of rooms in the block and it is first come first serve so we encourage you to reserve your rooms early. You will have to book through Carolisa to secure the discounted rates. Payment plans are available. Important dates: October 26, 2023 - Deadline for all room deposits ($100/room) to ensure you have a room for the discounted rate. Fully refundable before November 9, 2023. November 9, 2023 - Final payment due for room. No changes can be made to the reservation after this date. Rates start at $189/person per night for all-inclusive - this means you won't have to worry about your food and beverages (including alcohol!) during the trip! ;)
Travel Note
Roundtrip Airport Transfers
It takes anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour depending on traffic to get to the resort from Cancun airport. If you book through our booking website linked below, private group transfers will be added to your reservations. They are private transfers so there will be no other stops and no stranger danger in the van. Their vehicles, which are executive vans, are new and clean and they are always punctual - with A1 drivers. Our travel agent has secured a rate of $75.00 round trip per person for double (or more) bookings or $145.00 for single bookings with the room block. Please reach out to our travel agent (or us) if you have any questions about hotel transfers.
Travel Note
Passports
Make sure you have your passport with you and double check that it is up to date! Kids, even babies, also require a passport. If you don’t have a passport and need to apply for one do it sooner rather than later (trust us on this one). Passports can take at least 3 months to arrive and can even take a month just to get an appointment to apply. Make sure to check your passport's expiration date - it must be valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Click the link below for more passport information.

Visas for Filipino Citizens
A Mexican tourist visa or a valid U.S. tourist visa is required for Filipino citizens traveling to Mexico. For more information on how to obtain a Mexican tourist visa for guests that don't hold a non-visa exempt passport, please visit the link below.
