Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can! We're aiming to have all responses in by the end of August so we can coordinate with the caterer and finalize the headcount. Thank you, and we hope to see you there!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue is at full capacity, so we’re only able to accommodate those already listed on the RSVP tab. We appreciate your understanding!

Wedding Colors

Answer

Light Purple, Light Blue, and Dark Blue. Imagine the colors you would see in Hydrangeas. Even though its a November wedding, we are still going for Spring Colors Theme. We're not requiring you to wear these colors, but we're aiming for a spring-themed color palette.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal Attire - "Cocktail attire to black tie" Cocktail Hour will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors with patio access.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 2:15 PM EST — the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM EST. Arriving 15 minutes early will help you avoid school traffic, as dismissal begins at 2:45 PM and cars may start lining up as early as 2:30 PM. The earlier you arrive, the easier parking will be.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will need to arrange their own transportation. Parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. For those flying in, we recommend Orlando International Airport (MCO) — it’s typically the most affordable option and offers convenient car rentals. MCO is about a 1-hour drive from Daytona. Alternatively, you can fly into Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), which is closer—just 15 minutes from both the ceremony and reception locations—but tends to be more expensive.

Will there be a way to upload or view event photos?

Answer

Yes! Under the Gallery tab on the website, you will find two QR codes - One for uploading your own videos and photos from the event, and the other for viewing what others have shared. Be sure to check back over the following months as we will be uploading the professional photos from our photographer when they are ready!

Are you registered?

Answer

We have a registry tab on our website, though we're not focused on traditional gifts. Right now, our biggest need is support for flight hours and related items as we work toward advancing our careers. Any contribution toward that would mean the world to us and is deeply appreciated!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

At this time, we're not able to accommodate individual food requests. The main allergy concern we've planned for is gluten, so our dual-plated dinner will be entirely gluten-free — with the exception of the bread. ;)
