The Wedding Website of Liana Urbanozo and Antonio Stone
We are so excited to have you all as guests for our special day! As our wedding is scheduled at the end of one of the biggest events of Hilo town we strongly encourage everyone to plan ahead and book as much as you can in advance. The event prior to our wedding date is known as the Merrie Monarch Festival, which is a week-long cultural festival that takes place annually in Hilo, Hawaii. It honors King David Kalākaua, who was called the "Merrie Monarch" for his patronage of the arts and is credited with restoring many Hawaiian cultural traditions during his reign, including hula. Many hālau hula (schools), including some from the U.S. mainland and some international performers, attend the festival each year to participate in exhibitions and competitions. Merrie Monarch week begins Easter Sunday every year and last about a week. We can’t wait to see you all and celebrate together! >>> Please check back often as our times have not been finalized yet<<<
