Yes and no! Friday the kids are welcome to come to the welcome party! But as much as we love the children in our lives, we are kindly requesting the ceremony and reception to be a kid free event.

Can we book the Art Ovation hotel for Thursday?

Answer

Yes, follow these steps: 1. Click on the link to book Fri-Sun 2. Before you click book write this in the comments section: “Please add on Thursday 05/29/25 at market rate.” Meaning you will be granted the discounted price for Thursday 3. Let DJ or I know you want to add on Thursday and we will let our sales coordinator know as well.

How can we get to the wedding venue?

There will be trolleys the day of the wedding that will pick up at the hotels, take you to the wedding, and back home!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

To make the occasion extra special, we kindly request formal attire. Ladies in formal cocktail dresses and men in a suit and tie. Black tie optional. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
