We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, seating and getting settled. Please note the wedding venue grounds are spacious so you will need time to familiarise yourself and find the backyard where the ceremony will take place.
Our wedding will take place at Leez Priory, Chelmsford - a historic Tudor mansion set within beautiful countryside grounds!
Yes - there is free on-site parking for all guests. You are welcome to leave your car overnight and collect the following morning by 10am
Our dress code is smart / cocktail / formal - no white dresses please. Please keep in mind that parts of the day will be outdoors so we recommend comfortable shoes and bringing a layer to stay cozy.

Yes - guest will enjoy a full wedding breakfast, canapes and evening food, plus drinks throughout the celebration. Please note the bar is opened as follows: 11am-2pm - soft drinks only (you are welcome to purchase alcohol directly from the bar) 2.30pm-4.30pm - selection of welcome drinks plus beer bucket and cocktail cart 4.30pm-6.30pm - wine will be served, you are welcome to order any other drinks from the staff 7pm - drinks including beer, wine, cocktails, spirits are available at the bar (until limit is reached, you are welcome to purchase alcohol afterwards)
It is summertime but this is England so please bring a top! We currently expect temperatures between 20-25 degrees during the day with temperature dropping below 20 at night. A pair of sunglasses could come in handy if the sun decides to show off — which we’re manifesting with all our might!
Absolutely - children are warmly welcome, please contact the bride and groom so they can finalise the guest list and make food/drink arrangements!
