Some stories start in classrooms, friend groups, or daily routines. Ours began differently: two strangers crossing paths on St. Simons Island during Frat Beach weekend. (Yes, that Frat Beach. Go Dawgs!) We didn’t have mutual friends or an introduction waiting to happen, just an unexpected meeting that felt anything but random. Though we both went to the University of Georgia, our paths never crossed in Athens. Instead, we met in that one moment, in that one place, and it was clear it was meant to be. From then on, something meaningful began, not by chance, but in God’s timing. What started as a simple encounter has grown into a steady, lasting love. We’re grateful for how quietly our story began, for the path it’s taken since, and for the chance to step forward together, rooted in faith, grounded in love, and surrounded by the people who mean the most to us, back in the place where it all started!
