(7/22/20): Hope you are all doing well and continuing to stay safe & healthy 🤍 We just wanted to provide you all with the latest updates on the current situation in Connecticut. Outdoor Private Gatherings: With the recent spikes in coronavirus cases across the country, Governor Lamont (CT) has paused the initial mid-July plan to increase outdoor private gathering capacity. **At this time, outdoor private gatherings are limited to 100 guests.** What does this mean for you? Given that our guest list exceeds the maximum count, we will be required to significantly limit those in attendance. Although not ideal, we want to continue to adhere to guidelines to keep everyone as safe as we can under the current circumstances. Travel Advisory: A travel advisory is currently in effect for anyone entering Connecticut from states with high community spread of COVID-19. Anyone traveling into Connecticut, New York, or New Jersey from a state that has a new daily positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents or a state with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average are directed to self-quarantine for a 14-day period from the time of last contact within the identified state. As of July 21 there are 31 states that meet the criteria: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington & Wisconsin **If a 14-day self-quarantine is not possible, travelers from the impacted states may enter Connecticut if they have had a negative viral test (not an antibody test) for COVID-19 in the 72 hours prior to travel.** For more information regarding the travel advisory, please visit https://portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus/Covid-19-Knowledge-Base/Travel-In-or-Out-of-CT

(6/18/20): With our venue being in Connecticut, we wanted to share an update on the state’s current guidelines regarding social events. (6/5/20): As we continue to monitor the current pandemic, we are keeping you all in mind every step of the way. Please know that we have closely considered all of our options, and at this time, we will be proceeding with our postponement date of August 29th. If the circumstances change and our venue is no longer able to host us, we will then postpone. After receiving feedback from some of you, we understand your concerns for August and will be addressing them as best we can throughout the wedding weekend (this will be detailed in our invitations). (3/20/20): Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to postpone our wedding to August 29, 2020. While the decision to move our date was difficult, the health & safety of our loved ones is our top priority. Stay safe! We can't wait to celebrate with you!
