Will everything be at the same facility?
Answer
Yes! Our venue is also a hotel that has room for all of our guests. We will be onsite the entirety of the 3 days.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP online by scanning the QR code on on the back of the invitation, with the RSVP tab on this website, or via mail with the RSVP slip sent with the invitation!

How far is the hotel/venue from the airport?
Answer
Casale Doria Pamphilj is a 20 minute drive from Rome International Airport. Rides to and from Casale Doria Pamphilj can also be arranged ahead of time. There are also taxis as well as Ubers available for booking once you land!

How much does our stay cost?
Answer
Casale Doria Pamphilj is €75 per person, per night, and you can pay when you check out on Thursday morning at the front desk.

How do we book our room at the hotel?
Answer
Once you RSVP yes, your stay is confirmed with the venue and we will be assigning rooms to each family/guest! Payments for all guests are required at check-out.

Do I choose my own room?

Rebecca and Matthew will, upon receiving RSVPs, be assigning rooms for all guests!

How do I dress for the Welcome BBQ (Night 1)/Pizza Party (Night 3)?
Answer
The attire for our first and last night's events are both Casual Elegance. For women, sundresses/rompers/pants with a nice blouse could work! For men, polos/button up/nice t-shirts with either shorts or pants is perfect! Please be comfortable and expect warm weather.

How do I dress for the Wedding?
Answer
Formal wedding attire is expected of our guests. It should be warm, and the events will be outside.

Is there a restaurant on-site?
Answer
Yes! Casale Doria Pamphilj has a restaurant inside of the hotel which will be open to guests between all events. Please feel free to purchase any food/drinks as you wish!

Does the hotel offer breakfast?
Answer
Yes! Everyone’s stay includes breakfast every morningz We will also be having dinner/drinks at each event. There is a bar that will be open for purchases for the entirety of our stay, as well as food in between breakfast and the events.

Can we use the pool?
Answer
Yes! All guests are encouraged to bring their swimsuits and enjoy the pool during the down time between events. There will be pool toys as well as floats at the venue!

What else should I bring?
Answer
For our 3-day event, please bring clothing appropriate for each event (specified in our FAQ). Other than that, please bring a bathing suit, pajamas, and comfortable clothes to relax in!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unless indicated on your invitation, please only bring yourself! We have a limit on how many people we are able to accommodate.

Will guests be able to travel to Rome's city center during down time?
Answer
Casale Doria Pamphilj will happily schedule rides to Rome's center for any guests who want to explore during downtime! An ideal time for this would be on Day 3, before the Pizza Party/Farewell Party. Keep in mind, we will be providing a gelato cart and have the pool available during this time.
