When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3PM. The Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30PM. To avoid any disruption after the ceremony begins, we ask you arrive 30mins early to ensure you are seated appropriately.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be approximately 80 parking spots on site at our venue. Carpooling is encouraged to ensure there is space for everyone. Cars are able to stay overnight in case alternative rides home are needed after the party. Please do not drink and drive. Cars left overnight can be picked up by 10AM the next day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code will be of a semi-formal attire. For women, this often means a long- to mid-length cocktail dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a stylish skirt and top combination. Ladies typically wear flats, dressy sandals, and heals, though stilettos are not recommended as our venue has some gravel/grass terrain. For men, it typically involves a suit or a well-fitting blazer with dress pants, though a tie is optional. Please no jeans, camo, sneakers, flip-flops or crocs.

Will we be indoors or outside?

Answer

Both our Ceremony and Reception will be held outside. Reception space has a pavilion that is covered. Please dress appropriate for the weather day of. If needed electric fans in the pavilion will be provided for hot weather during the reception, and heaters if cold weather is experienced. There will also be a rain plan should inclement weather come.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with your little ones, we kindly ask for your understanding in allowing this to be an adults-only occasion (exceptions for immediate family only). We hope our wedding can be used as a much deserved Mom & Dad date-night, to allow you to celebrate with us all night long, and focus on having fun!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to tight budget restraints and the requirement to give our vendors a total guest count in advance, we ask you bring a plus one only if offered on your invitation. We thank you for your understanding.

What food will be served?

Answer

Reception will include a buffet style dinner with a beef, chicken, and vegetarian option available. Following dinner there will also be a variety of desserts. We kindly ask you inform us in advance if there are any food allergies that we will need to accommodate.
