We met through a mutual friend's snapchat. You read that right-snapchat. Arva posted a selfie on her story in December of 2015 and Paraskevas decided to respond. We navigated being friends and starting to fall for one another before we ever even met. It wasn't until January 16, 2016 that we finally met in person, in the middle of Penn Station. It was love at first snap, the rest is history.

Paraskevas planned a trip to Oheka Castle to mark 5 years from their first date. He took Arva for a walk outside in the freezing weather to a beautiful gazebo. He asked her to turn around so that he could get a picture of her from the back but really, it was to give him time to prop down on one knee and get the ring out. Once in position, he asked Arva to turn back around which is when he popped the question. Arva said yes and they topped the night off with dinner and champagne at the castle.
