Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Rustic Manor 1848 (3115 State Road 83 Hartland, WI 53029). The ceremony will be held outside (pending weather), cocktail hour and reception will be located in the building and patio on-site.

Question

Is there parking available? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Rustic Manor offers a large on-site parking lot for those driving. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing Uber or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manor! There will be a shuttle available to bring guests to and from the hotel for those who book with our hotel block. More details regarding the timing of shuttles to come!

Question

Where can I stay overnight?

Answer

Use the code TMW when booking with the Holiday Inn Express - Delafield (3030 Golf Rd Delafield, WI 53018). There is limited availability remaining within the block and due to the RNC that is occurring this same week, we recommend booking your rooms ASAP!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes before the ceremony. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited spacing, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. If there are any questions on your number of seats following the wedding invites, please reach out to us!

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we adore children, due to limited spacing, invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this as a "night out" for yourselves!

Question

Can we take photos on a phone or camera?

Answer

We've hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested & comfy shoes to dance in are recommended! Some examples are: Pants/slacks & button-ups/polos for men. Dresses/skirts & blouses for women (Just no white!) Please refrain from jeans, if possible.

Question

Next day celebrations?

Answer

As everyone may know, our #1 favorite summertime activity is floating on the lakes! We would like to invite everyone who is interested in continuing our celebration on Saturday to join us at Ottawa Lake for floating and grilling (weather permitted). Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided (BYOB for those interested). Festivities will kick off at 11:00am. We will provide the limited camping chairs and floaties that we have, but please plan on bringing your own that you would like to use. More info to come on shelter details.

Question

I have a question that isn't answered here. How do I contact you?

Answer
