We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly ask for all guests to dress formally. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding with a partial indoor reception. Please dress formally but bring a jacket! We want all our guests to be comfortable!
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 13. Invitations will include the names of children who are invited. However we do encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
Our wedding colors are sage, navy, and baby blue. Please do NOT wear these colors, or white ;)
Sorry due to limited space please kindly keep guest to those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation. It will also appear under your name when you RSVP through our website. We appreciate your understanding!
We would like everyone to RSVP by July 1st. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you down as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending". If you cannot attend after you RSVP'd yes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Please arrive by 3:30 pm, to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat! Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Guests will no longer be allowed after 3:45 pm and will have to wait until the ceremony concludes so make sure you are on time!
The address on the invitation/website leads you to cabins. Please carpool as much as possible to the ceremony as there is limited parking. There will be signs showing you how to get from cabins to the ceremony. Where the cabins are there is a metal building on the left and this is where the reception will be held, so please be courteous about parking.
Please let us know if you have allergies, gluten free, etc so we can accommodate these requests.
We will only be providing non alcoholic drinks. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages, but due to the wedding/reception being 45 minutes away from Kingman we do not feel comfortable providing alcohol. We will have places for you to store the drinks! We would just like everyone to be safe!
Your safety is our top priority. If you've had too much to drink, we strongly encourage you to stay overnight at the venue's cabins if there are extra’s! or you're welcome to bring a tent and camp on-site. We kindly request that you plan to spend the night rather than risk driving home after consuming alcohol.
