What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:15 and 3:30 pm!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Jasper Hotel has amazing rooms with awesome views of Downtown Fargo! Room blocks after 10 rooms are placed as needed, so just let us know :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dressy casual to casual! Ladies--a lovely knee-length to midi-length dress or your favorite blouse + bottoms; Fellas--button down + slacks, please avoid jeans if you can!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, due to budget/space constraints we ask that only adults attend. Please use our big day as your special date night!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you like! Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 22nd, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

I have a food allergy/special diet, can I make a special request?

Answer

By all means, yes! Just let us know & we will tell our caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Self-Parking is free evenings starting at 6pm and weekends starting at 6pm Friday through 6am Monday morning at the adjacent Block-9 ramp at 226 5th St N, Fargo, ND 58102 and using the 2nd floor skyway to enter Jasper Hotel. Weekday parking is $10 per night.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the terrace as long as the weather cooperates! Everything else will take place indoors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, Jasper Hotel has provided us a room block option, so no need for extra transportation! Please let us know if you would like to book a room under our block!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

YES! Please do not let our 5th-floor wedding hinder your attendance!
