What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal! Feel free to dress up, or wear jeans and a nice shirt/shoes! Our colors are dusty blue and champagne - the only thing we ask is please do not wear a solid dusty blue or navy blue dress, and don’t wear a tan or brown suit. Otherwise, feel free to wear anything on theme!

Where is the venue?

Our reception will be held at Toad Valley Gold Course - 237 NE 80th St, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. The reception will be held inside the building.

Is there any specific parking?
Answer
We will have the whole parking lot available to all guests. Feel free to park wherever!

Are there any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please note: At this time we will not have any hotel blocks. However, there are quite a few hotels nearby that we recommend in the ‘Travel’ section.

Is there a specific arrival time?

Please arrive to the venue at 5:50-6:00pm and be seated BEFORE 6:15pm.

Feel free to stay as long as you want! The reception will end at 11:30pm.

What if we have a dietary restriction?
Answer
Please answer this question as you RSVP, as we will be able to substitute some food for a vegetarian/vegan option for those that need or want it. Please be respectful if you choose a dietary restriction, that you eat the specific food when it comes time at the reception.

Do you care about social media posting?
Answer
You may take pictures at the reception and post to social medias if you want. We will also have a QR code to add any pictures you take during the day to a wedding album.

Do you have a gift registry?

We will have a tab on our website - but instead of a gift registry, we are asking if you would like to give us a gift, we would love contributions to our honeymoon fund!

Are children allowed?
Answer
Yes! We would love for your children to come celebrate with us! Please be aware: AFTER 9:00pm, songs and language will not be children friendly.

Will there be anything extra?
Answer
Yes! >We will have mini golf for all the guests at NO extra charge!! Please come say hi to the bride and groom, eat and dance, and go play some mini golf! >There will be a photo booth station! >There will be a bay open in the “Top Golf” section as well for a little bit to go play a game and swing some balls! >There will be an open bar(for a little bit). Please have fun and drink responsibly!
