Are you having a ceremony?

Answer

We will be having a private ceremony with immediate family on Thursday, followed by a larger reception to celebrate with our friends and loved ones on Saturday.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan at arrive at 5, when the celebration begins!

Where is the event located?

Answer

The event is located at the Sundial House, a community center, within the gated community of Backcountry.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Dress up, have fun with it, and dress according to the weather. Short, fun dresses are welcome.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Dinner will be provided. A taco bar will be served, soft drinks will be provided, and alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. While we will not have dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free options, guests are welcome to mix and match items to accommodate their dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are welcome if they are included on your invitation. If you would like to add a plus one, please reach out to Ryan or Katrina.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are happy to welcome children, and children should have been added to your RSVP. If you would like to add a child or an additional child, please contact either Ryan or Katrina.

How do I gain access to the reception center?

Answer

The reception is located in gated community of Backcountry. Please enter through the gate located off of Broadway and Wildcat Reserve. A QR code will be provided via the dwellinglive app for guest access to the community.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The event space is indoors, with a large outdoor patio.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking at the event center is limited. Additional street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.

Can I take pictures during the reception?

Answer

We would love to see the celebration through your eyes. Please download the POV- disposable camera app to upload and share your photos with us during the reception. Please refer to the QR code located under the gallery tab to access the folder. QR codes will also be provided at the reception, located on tables.

Will there be a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift. If you would like to give, we are planning a two-week honeymoon and would be grateful for contributions toward our trip. Our registry can be found under the Registry tab on our website.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

This reception will be the main celebration.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP tab on our website. Please submit your RSVP by September 1st so we can plan accordingly!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please let us know via the RSPV tab on our website.
