As much as we love all of your children, we are unfortunately only able to invite children of immediate family. Our venue space is limited so we kindly ask you to make arrangements for your little ones if they are not listed on your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night and enjoy your night celebrating our new journey as husband and wife. If you have any questions or are unsure, please feel free to reach out.
Please RSVP by April 19th so that we can ensure our vendors are prepared and that a seat is saved for you!
Please check your invite for your +1. Our celebration will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Yes, there is free parking at the venue.
Yes, check out our registry tab!
Help us get the party started on schedule! We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure everyone is seated on time.
The ceremony will take place outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception and cocktail hour will be held indoors.
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy areas that you will have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour, which will be held under the covered patio. There will be finger foods and beverages served during cocktail hour.
While we have not reserved a hotel block for the wedding, there are many hotels within a short drive of the venue including: Residence Inn Louisville Old Henry (~14 min) La Quinta Inn & Suites Louisville NE/Old Henry (~13 min) Aloft Louisville East (~17 min) Drury Inn & Suites Louisville North (~16 min) Hilton Garden Inn Northeast (~18 min)
You are more than welcome to reach out to Madison with questions leading up to the wedding (502-714-8610). On the day before and day of the wedding please send any questions to my lovely maid of honor Rachel (502-548-7573).
