Shuttles from Hotel Barcelo San Jose 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm The Shuttle will take minimum 30 minutes to the venue. We will offer beer and wine for the first arrivals at the wedding venue. Wedding Ceremony Begins 4:30 pm Cocktail Hour 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Reception 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Shuttle service to Hotel Barcelo San Jose 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
