What can I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We recommend you check-in to the hotel if unable to have early check-in prior to the ceremony and/or enjoy a drink at one of the bars featured on our "Things To Do" tab.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, please refer back to the "transportation" tab as it will give information on the charter buses that will be provided.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that all guests be seated at the church by 2:45pm eastern time so the ceremony can begin promptly.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly as that our wedding be an adult-only celebration, with the exception of our immediate family's children.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Cathedral has a small on-site parking area. Additional parking can be found through street parking or nearby public garages and lots in downtown Fort Wayne. The Cathedral is conveniently located near the hotels listed in our "Travel" tab, so parking at your hotel and walking or taking an Uber is also an easy option. For guests who prefer not to take the charter buses, parking will be available at the reception venue.

Yes! Please join us in formal attire for the ceremony and reception.

Will the wedding events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors at the church. The reception will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion. Indoor restrooms are located inside The Clubhouse.
