Wedding Day information

We will be hosting our wedding ceremony and reception on the Yacht StarShip IV on Clearwater Beach. The cruise is a total of 5 hours long including 30 mins for boarding and 4 hours for cruising. 6:00pm: Boarding time 6:30pm: Sailing time 11:00pm: Docking time Traffic can be very unpredictable and is mostly busy with people trying to get onto the beach. Please plan to get to the dock between 5:30-5:45p. There are a few restaurant/bars close by if you arrive early and want to stop and have a drink or snack before you board. âșïž There is a parking lot and several parking areas close to the marina as well as along Clearwater beach. Please note, parking on the beach is NOT free. Please be prepared to pay for parking via the ParkMobile app. Location of ship: Clearwater Municipal Marina Slip #55

We decided to not block any rooms at nearby hotels. We figured we would let all our guests decide where they would like to stay. There are plenty of great hotel options on Clearwater Beach.

Allegiant Air offers reasonable round trip flights from Peoria International Airport (PIA) and Central Illinois Regional Airport at Bloomington-Normal (BMI) to St Pete Clearwater International Airport (PIE). PIA to PIE Flights are typically on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. BMI to PIE flights are usually Mondays and Fridays. Weekend Agenda

We hope that everyone makes this a fun weekend getaway! Aside from the ceremony and reception, please feel free to take advantage of your vacation and plan whatever fun adventures you wish! Thursday night: Rehearsal dinner with a limited guest list to those in the bridal party and family (we anticipate most of our guests will be flying in this day, so please enjoy your night when you do arrive!) Friday 6p-11p: Ceremony and Reception on the Yacht StarShip at Clearwater Beach. Friday after 11p: We plan to stop for some late night pizza at Pan Filos after the boat. Then, most likely, will stop for a night cap at Shipwreck (Jake will be wrecked đ€Ș) Saturday: We plan to enjoy some sun (and recover) at the beach. This is an open invite for all who would like to join, but please do not feel obligated if you have plans to explore the areas.

Food/Drinks at the Reception

We will start with some appetizers for the table. Then move on to a buffet style dinner to follow. We will be providing an open bar with beer, wine, and house liquor. Brand names liquor will be available for purchase. Please drink responsibly âșïž *Per the Yacht rules- no outside food or drinks are allowed. No shots will be available at the bar. And no drinks will be allowed outside the boat.*

Guys- feel to wear pants, shorts, button up or polos, whatever is most comfortable. Girls- however dressy you would like! The inside of the boat is air conditioned, but we know it will be toasty on the decks.
