The deadline to RSVP is October 15th, 2025. After that point, you will be automatically marked off as a no, so make sure you let us know if you're attending as soon as possible!
You can refer to the section on this website titled Things To Do. While the bride is not a travel agent on top of being a wedding planner and a full time corporate girlie badass, she did provide some helpful links depending on your preferences.
We're not particular. Just don't be a PooDoo, come in your birthday suit, or wear a white dress. You will draw away attention from the bride if you do that, and while she hates being center of attention, it's still her day.
If you're using Google Maps, search for Weddings at Schnepf Farms. Once you turn into the venue, you'll see signs directing you to their different venues. Simply follow the signs to get to the Big Red Barn. The venue name is literal, so if you see a Big Red Barn, you're at the right place.
It's best to arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow enough time to find your seat before the festivities begin. You don't want to show up and walk down the aisle with the bride. Can we say AWKWARD!
The ceremony will be outdoors, but the reception will be indoors. Don't worry about the possibility of it being not so nice weather. Phoenix has an average of 300 sunny days a year, the average high temperature in Phoenix in November is 75°F, and the average low is 50°F. The couple made sure to pick a time of the year where their guests won't melt in the Arizona heat.
Has the couple specifically put a plus one on your invitation? Then yes. You want to bring someone you just met? Absolutely not. Don't make it weird, dude.
Please keep in mind that a professional has been hired, so please refrain from thinking, "I gotta post this on Facebook," during the 15 minute ceremony, and risk ruining a perfectly good shot just because you have to show your friend Denise or Bob what you're up to. You can wait 15 minutes and take photos at the reception until your heart's content. Also, please note that if the photographer finds any pictures of someone pretending to be a professional during the ceremony, they have been told to photoshop your phone/tablet into a chicken or some kind of smaller farm animal. You have been warned...
Food will be served during the reception buffet style. Menu is as follows: Appetizers: Peach Chipotle Meatballs & Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad: Garden Fresh House Salad with Tomatoes, Craisins, Feta Cheese, Croutons, and Schnepf Farms Vidalia Onion Peppercorn Dressing Entree: Grilled Peach Chipotle Chicken Sides: Mac N Cheese & Garden Fresh Roasted Zucchini and Squash Kids Menu: Flatbread Cheese Pizza served with Fresh Fruit
Yes, alcohol will be served at the reception. But remember, you will have to deal with the hangover the next morning.
