The moment that Shelby entered the world, Erin took her role as older sister very seriously. She instantly fell in love with all 7 lbs. 11 oz. of her baby sister; the always-crying ball of chub that she called She-bell. Despite a few sisterly fights, they have almost always considered themselves best friends. Best of all, their four year age gap didn't stop Erin from bringing Shelby everywhere with her. From motor home trips, bonding over a shared hatred for Svenhard’s, and making up songs about nuns, to Target runs, jokes only they could understand, and driving further to the Starbucks with the drive-thru... Shelby couldn't imagine her special day without Erin. Strengths: Thinks Shelby's bad jokes are actually funny. Weaknesses: Can't hang... she'll be in bed by 9:30.
Josh Gordon
Best Man
The friendship between Josh and Justin began at just seven years old while playing together on their Mitey-Mite football team and has certainly stood the test of time. As youngsters, Josh and Justin immediately bonded over their love of sports, their knack for writing rap songs, and their desire to participate in made-up extreme sports. Josh is the Huckleberry Finn to Justin's Tom Sawyer and is always there to remind him to let loose and live life to the fullest. From sleepovers, heely rides, and trampolines, to happy hours, world travels and building careers together, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Josh by his side. Strength: Always being there to save Justin's butt. Weakness: Pretty much being the reason Justin's butt needs to be saved in the first place.
Jessica Furia
Bridesmaid
Shelby and Jess became fast friends while attending SRJC, years before Shelby and Justin started dating. This worked out well for Justin, since his protective older sister has been known to be picky about his girlfriends! To describe how close these two are (in under 800 letters) would be nearly impossible. Jessica's values, unwavering loyalty, and ability to make Shelby seem funnier than she is are just a few reasons why Shelby can't wait to go from best friends to sisters. From game nights, hikes, and getting outfit approvals, to morning phone calls, family vacations, and a never ending text chain... Shelby couldn't imagine her special day without Jess. Strengths - The best "fitspiration" for the couple to get their butts to the gym! Weaknesses - Wedding dessert doesn't fit her macros.
Antone Bulich III

Antone might not have known Justin the longest, but it hasn't stopped them from quickly growing and remaining close. Antone is always up for anything and is one of the only people out there who can (or is happily willing to) keep up with Justin and all of his activities. Even now through long distance, they manage to keep their friendship stronger than ever. From unproductive gym sessions, chain restaurants, and specialty ice cream shops to daily phone calls, basketball strategies, and golf tee times, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Antone. Strength: Full time designated driver. Weakness: Full time designated driver.
Deno Dericco

Being Shelby's brother-in-law, Deno and Justin were inevitably forced to spend time with one another from the very start. The part that wasn't forced was when they quickly hit it off and became best friends through their love of sports, hobbies, and views on life. Deno has stepped right into the role of brother and is always there for support no matter the situation. His down to earth personality makes him a perfect addition to Justin's crew. From family vacations, nacho bars, and country music concerts to 49er games, softball championships, and denting on the couch, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Deno and looks forward to having him as a brother for life. Strength: Can hit a baseball further than you. Weakness: Shot out.

As Justin's very first friend in college, Ian has earned a special place in Justin's heart. Born just a day apart, Ian's goofy sense of humor, animated personality, and fondness for the finer things in life have kept them close even from opposite sides of the Golden Gate. These two are like peas in a pod, often being confused for (really, really good-looking) brothers. Ian is always there to make darn sure Justin has a full adult beverage in front of him, and if he doesn't, you can bet one is on the way when he is around. From college dorms, birthday celebrations, and sharing bathrooms to parking lot dances, wine tastings, and weddings, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Ian. Strength: Best dressed guy in the room. Weakness: Patriots fan.
Amanda Linnett

Amanda and Shelby played sports together in high school, but it wasn't until Shelby and Justin started dating that the two reunited and became close! Amanda quickly earned her right to be a bridesmaid and one of the couple's best friends, supporting their love from the beginning. Like part of the family, Amanda is always there for the important things. Whether it's helping the bride with wedding recon, or joining the family on a trip to Nashville. She's always there to support them, and best of all, always baking them treats! From long voicemails, cheering at softball games, and couch time, to baking sessions, shopping, and a shared love for Asian food... Shelby couldn't imagine her special day without Amanda. Strengths - Can out-bake anyone. Weaknesses - Loves Hallmark movies.
Robbie Mortensen

Robbie and Justin have a relationship more like brothers than anything else. Unconditional love, unwavering support, and brutal honesty when it's necessary. Countless late night hours listening to music, playing video games, and talking about everything under the sun has created a bond where words aren't needed to know what the other is thinking. Friendship came easy to these two and the brotherhood keeps it that way. From DC roomies, learning to drive a stick, and endless FIFA (Justin always won) to mobbin' the Regal, beerbongs, and infinite movie quotes, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Robbie - and he is totally glad he dipped his pen in your ink. Strength: Remembers every movie line and song lyric ever made. Weakness: Can't remember his Social Security Number.
Nick Sweeney

Justin and Nick go way back to tee-ball and grammar school, but became extremely tight in the high school years. Football, music, and driving around aimlessly kept these two together often. At a certain point, it would have been considered odd to see one without the other. In fact, Justin spent so many nights sleeping over at Nick's house, the neighbors just thought he was adopted. Nick and Justin continue to share an unbreakable bond and any time they get together, it's as if they have never been apart. From game days, river floats, and house parties to hours of created Madden teams, Fitch Mountain cruises, and empty gas tanks, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Nick. Strength: Gives the best advice. Weakness: Charges $350 an hour for it.

She might be the youngest bridesmaid to ever walk down an aisle, but "Flower Girl" didn't seem like a high enough honor for Shelby's niece, Laine. Shelby instantly fell in love with the little peanut shaped blob the moment she saw the ultrasound. Years later, six year old Laine and Shelby are still best friends, seeing each other often weekly for school pickups, Target runs, or spur of the moment visits. From projectile poops, the best snuggles, and hilarious knock knock jokes, to sleepovers, special Starbucks trips, and belting Disney songs in the car... Shelby couldn't imagine her special day without Laine. Strengths - Has the most infectious laugh! Weaknesses - Uses words like butt, booty, and poop in daily conversation.

Justin and Zack go way back to the diaper days when they first met at Pinetree Pre-School at just 2 years old. Growing up they were inseparable and did just about everything together. Countless baseball teams, school classes, and hours of Nintendo 64 created a bond that will last forever. Zack was always the class clown and he continues to be the life of the party. Zack's mere presence will always put Justin in a great mood. From tee-ball, backyard homerun derbies, and science fair wins to Mario Party, beer pong, and ping pong battles, Justin couldn't imagine his special day without Zack. Strength: Do you even lift, bro? Weakness: Can't pass up a nice pair of salmon colored shorts.
Damon Dericco
Ring Bearer
He won't really be holding the rings, because they would undoubtedly get lost on the way down the aisle! But it was a no brainer for the bride's nephew to be their ring bearer. Not only will he look cute, but he is incredibly close to the bride and groom. Damon instantly had a special bond with "Justy", saying his name well before he said the bride's! From sleepovers at their house, playing catch, and many videos of elk and fish, to singing country songs, dance parties, and everything Avengers... Shelby and Justin couldn't imagine their special day without Damon. Strengths - Has some killer dance moves to show off and loves the attention. Weaknesses - Might web you like Spiderman.
