Brandy and Cesar first met at the University of Texas Medical Branch. After years of friendship, and watching each other go through multiple phases of life, God lined up their paths at just the right time. For many years they both have attended and served together at Island Church Galveston under Pastors Rusty and Leah Martin. It was there that their spiritual walks toward God led them even closer, and a relationship formed with God's joy and peace intertwined. It is with great pleasure that they are able to get married with the blessings of their families and pastors, and with the Peace of God in their hearts.
