When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to RSVP as soon as possible to assist us in our planning efforts. In addition to RSVPing here, guests who plan to attend must book their stay no later than August 1st. Please visit our booking website or reach out to our travel agency for more information. What if the room I want isn't available on your website?

Answer

If the room category you wish to book is listed as sold out on our website, please reach out to our travel agency via email to request availibility of preferred room and if available they will add it to our block at the discounted rate. Do I have to book through your travel agency/room block?

Answer

Yes. Due to contractual obligations, all guests must book through our room block with Bohemia Wedding Travel by visiting out booking website. https://www.bohemiaweddingtravel.com/caitlindanwedding

Is flight included?

Answer

No. Guests are responsible for booking their roundtrip airfare independently. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not assist with booking flights.

Is transportation to and from resort included?

Answer

Transportation is not included in base price of stay. Guests are able to book transportation to and from the resort directly through our travel agency when booking their stay for an additional fee. Guests are welcome to use outside transportation companies if they prefer. Ubers & cabs are not available, therefore, please make sure to setup transporation before arriving.

What if I am unable to join you in Mexico?

Answer

We realize that travelling out of the country is a large ask of our guests and we completely understand if you are not able to join us. We would still love to celebrate with you, therefore, we will be hosting an event at our home during the summer of 2026 to celebrate with those who were unable to join us.
