Wedding events will take place at Villa il Poggiale, which is 18km/11mi (20 min) from the center of Florence. The Villa is accessible by taxi, Uber van, or rental car if you prefer. The journey from the Florence airport is approximately 30km/18mi (30 min).
Many guests will arrive a few days in advance of wedding events to adjust to the time zone and enjoy the historic center of Florence before moving to accommodations closer to the venue on Sept 2-6.
