Brittany Jackman is better known to the bride and groom as 'Jackman'. She has been the brides best friend for years now - even though it feels as though they have been best friends since the beginning of time. She was arguably the first one to suspect that something more was growing between Caroline and Taylor. Having known the couple since their friendship began, it was obvious that she was the only person for this job. Jackman is a mother of 2, the most determined person you'll ever meet, and (in our opinion) should be granted sainthood.

Poppy is the brides first born niece! Traveling all the way from Calgary, AB to be with us for our big day! She is 10 years old, loves playing ringette with here little sister Suzy, playing with her cat Betsy and has the special gift of music! She is skilled at playing piano, singing and playing the banjo just like her auntie! In true Canadian fashion, she also says 'oops sorry' even when bumping into furniture.
Suzanna Genge
Flower Girl
Suzanna is the brides youngest niece! Making the big trip to Larkspur, Colorado all the way from Calgary, AB! Suzanna is 8 years old, and goes by Zuzu for short. She is just about the funniest kid you'll ever meet, with a great sense of humor and quick wit. Zuzu loves playing ringette with her sister Poppy, learning to skateboard, playing with her cat Cinder - and is mastering 'Every Rose Has it's Thorn' by Poison on her guitar. Suzanna's claim to fame is consuming 32 large prawns and a gallon of milk in one sitting.
Rosie Seidel
Best Woman
Rosie is the brides youngest sister. Caroline was 7 years old when Rose entered this world - and while sisters can be sisters - they have always had a close bond since Rose was a child. According to Rose, she is the most educated sister of the three - graduating from Loyola University with a BA in English Literature, University of Maryland with her MLIS, and University of Edinburgh with her MSc in book history and material culture. She has a passion for reading, Mario Kart, and her dog Woody.
Michael McDonald
Ring Bearer
Michael has been an honorary member of the Nelson family since birth. He is a bold, fun loving 6 year old with the personality of a 26 year old. He never misses a beat and loves calling Taylor "bro". With his father being in law enforcement - he was destined to be our ring security.
Hailey Seidel

Hailey is the brides elder sister - mother to Poppy and Suzanna. She too is making quite the trip to be with us on our big day - all the way from Calgary, AB. Hailey and Caroline were your typical sisters growing up just 2 years apart. Someone was always stealing the others clothes. Someone was always pulling the others hair. Someone was always sneaking out of the house (not the bride). Hailey has always been an inspiration to Caroline - she is an amazing mother to Poppy and Suzanna, she is a very successful entrepreneur and is the epitome of girl power.
Sydnee Nelson

Sydnee is the grooms younger sister, and the brides bonus sister! Sydnee has a fierce love for her family and has always had her big brothers back. When Taylor brought Caroline home for the first time - Sydnee and Caroline were fast friends. Sydnee is our cali-girl, our free spirit, our truth spitter, our advocate for all. She has the largest heart and would never hurt a fly. She is cat mom to Fred and Shaggy, hair stylist extraordinaire, and dancing queen.
Jasmine Bowen

Jasmine is a dear friend to both the bride and groom. She is always one of the first to lend a hand, Jasmine and the bride became fast friends when they met at the same CrossFit gym! Jasmine is easily the couples most creative and artistic friend! In fact, most things Caroline points out to Jasmine at the store is met with the reply, "Oh I can totally make that!" Jasmine is our east coast girl, our Pens fan, craft night coordinator and bundle of love.
Crystal Fallon

Crystal and Caroline have been through thick and thin together! Challenging times brought these two even closer together - Crystal is the definition of an unwavering friend! First friends, then roommates - Caroline considers Crystal part of her family. One of the first times Caroline invited Taylor out, Crystal made sure to sit right next to him and put in a good word! She is our 'little one', our Alabama girl, the first one to yell 'Roll Tide' on game day and show you blondes really do have more fun!
Jennifer Christian

Jennifer is fondly nicknamed 'Sister Christian' by the bride. They have been friends for nearly 10 years! Jennifer and Caroline met all the way back in Portland, OR where they were both attending University of Western States - busy becoming Chiropractors! Jennifer is just about the sweetest person you'll ever meet - she is constantly smiling. In fact, when Caroline first knew of Jennifer in school - she didn't know her name...and so she called her 'Smiles' until she found out what it was! Jennifer is Caroline's soul sister, her consultant when she is unsure, and her backboard for all ideas.
Brian Yeung
Best Man
When you stop and think about it - you'd realize that Brian and Taylor have been friends for 16 years! Starting as high school freshmen, and still going strong today. Throughout those years they've spent a lot of time on the baseball field, playing poker, working out and creating many memories along the way. Brian is like family to Taylor and always will be. There was never a doubt that Brian would be Taylor's best man on his wedding day.

When Taylor first moved to Colorado, Thomas was one of the first friends that he made. He is without a doubt, the kind of guy to give you the shirt off of his back, one of the most honest and genuine people you'll ever meet, and has a giant heart of gold. However, if you find yourself on a long drive in the early morning going on a hunt or out scouting...it's 100% guaranteed that Thomas will fall asleep in the passenger seat.
Cory Arola

Little did Taylor know that when he bought his first Kifaru pack from Cory, that he would end up being a part of HIS pack! Cory quickly became a mentor of the outdoors and photography for Taylor. It's no surprise that they're friends - more often than not, they are on the same wavelength. Cory is the grooms 'wildcard' friend...just when you think you have him figured out - he shocks you with his love of EDM.
Frank Peralta

Taylor was fortunate enough (#blessed) to meet Frank 2 years ago at the gym. While coaching Frank through foundations of CrossFit, they quickly created a bond over the outdoors, hunting, photography and fitness. Frank is one of a kind, generous beyond measure, humble to no end, and has the "moistest" jokes.
Casey Allison

Through blood, sweat and puke...Taylor and Casey became friends freshman year of college on the baseball field. Sharing a lot of laughs and creating memories along the way. Casey is one of the most kindhearted, caring and sincere individuals Taylor has ever met. To this day, Taylor is STILL jealous of the massive beard Casey is able to grow in 24hrs.
Daryl Hoedtke

Daryl being 10 years older than Taylor, quickly became like an older brother to him. Taylor has always looked up to Daryl whether it was working in the brewery or raising a family - he always strives to be the best version of himself. Although they share many similarities, they also have a few differences. What Taylor admires most about Daryl is his ability to always talk about their differences respectfully. Although they haven't seen each other in a while, when they do get to chat, Taylor is quickly reminded of their brotherhood. Thanks to Daryl's Star Wars lunchbox, Taylor is a Star Wars fan.
