We kindly request that guests wear semi-formal attire suitable for a church setting. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you in style!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we love little ones! Activity bags will be provided for kids at the reception. If you are wanting to have a night to yourselves we have various trust worthy people that can provide childcare at an off-site location. Childcare options are linked under the Travel portion of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at both the church and the reception venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The more the merrier! We are excited to celebrate with you! Plus ones will be indicated on your formal invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel offers a free shuttle that runs daily from 7am - 10pm. There will be an Uber code provided for all guests to make it from the reception to their hotels safely that is linked on the Travel section of our website.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel blocks are listed under the travel section of our website. If none of those work for your budget there are many other hotel options available in Bowling Green. Please note that access to our preferred rate at the Holiday Inn- University Plaza will expire on May 28th at 5PM CST.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have enough time to find parking and get seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1pm.

What time should we arrive at the reception?

Answer

Please arrive at the reception for a cocktail hour beginning at 4pm. There will be a gap between the ceremony and reception. Please feel free to freshen up at the hotel or use the Things to Do page of our website to explore some of our favorite spots in Bowling Green.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

In order to keep the focus on the sacredness of the ceremony, we kindly ask that you enjoy the moment with your hearts rather than through a lens.
