We’re celebrating across two days: • Welcome Party (April 3rd) : A fun catered gathering on Pensacola Beach to kick off the weekend! • Wedding Ceremony & Reception (April 4th): A beautiful ceremony in Downtown Pensacola followed by a reception at the same location! Dates, times, and locations can be found on the Schedule page.
Of course you can RSVP to individual events! While we’d love to see you at everything, we understand travel and schedules can be tricky.
Beachy, comfortable, and fun! Think resort casual — sundresses, linen shirts, sandals, or flats. We recommend shoes you don’t mind getting sandy and bringing a light layer in case it gets breezy.
The wedding ceremony and reception are formal/semi-formal. Suits or jackets and cocktail or formal dresses are encouraged. We ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream, as those colors are reserved for the bride.
• For the Welcome Party at the beach, there is street parking available. • For the Ceremony, parking and street parking is available. We recommend carpooling or calling a rideshare, if possible!
The ceremony begins at 4:30pm Central. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins (around 4:00pm Central).

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
The wedding ceremony will be held indoors at the venue. There will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony where guests can celebrate in the venue's outdoor courtyard!
Yes! Food and an open bar will be provided at both the Welcome Party and the Reception. Please enjoy responsibly and plan transportation accordingly.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture everything. Photos are encouraged at the reception!
