Hello Everyone, In case you missed it: Bar Menu: Scroll to the 11 days to go update. Parking: Please plan to park up the road near the groom's parents house at 72 Adams Road. If you can carpool or uber to reduce the number of cars, that would be appreciated. The groomsmen will be available to help park guests from around 1:20pm to 1:50pm. **Please be responsible if you are planning on drinking and have a Designated Driver or uber/lyft** (Sidenote: Guests with mobility issues: We will be saving a few spots right up near 50 Jefferson Road). Current Forecast: Monstly sunny with a high of 68 and a low of 48. It will definitely be cooling off when the sun goes down so bring a sweater or jacket! Some friendly reminders about safety etiquette for the wedding day: We are kindly asking guests to be conscious of how other guests may still be feeling during these times and to follow the guidelines laid out below: -Wear a mask when you are mingling around the yard, reception area, and ceremony area. You may remove your mask when you are seated at your ceremony chair or your table. -Food Practices: All guests will be asked to sanitize their hands BEFORE picking up their plates/cutlery. Servers and bar tenders will serve ALL food to the guests. -Sanitize Frequently: Guests are encouraged to sanitize their hands frequently. Purell will be provided at each table, by the food stations/bar, and by the porta potties. -We are keeping tables to 8 guests or less and only one table in each 10 foot by 10 foot section to promote social distancing. -Guests will be staying with their chair! This means that the chair you sit in at the ceremony will become your reception chair. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to the above guidelines and are looking forward to celebrating with you! Xoxo, Billy and Becca

ONLY 49 MORE DAYS TIL THE BIG DAY!!! First off, if you haven't already RSVP'd, please keep in mind the deadline to RSVP is September 1, 2020. This is so that we can ensure enough food, drinks, chairs, and tables are ordered for all of our guests! Billy wasn't kidding about everyone who doesn't RSVP on time bringing a chair and a ham sandwich, so please make sure you RSVP cause I want you to be able to enjoy the delicious food! Secondly, for those of you who have missed our previous announcements, we have a NEW VENUE and SCHEDULE -- Please read the full messages below. NEW UPDATES: Travel Updates: 1. For anyone who had booked a hotel room at the Courtyard Marriott Boston/Raynham. The hotel block has been canceled out and you should call the hotel directly to cancel your booking for a refund. 2. Out of State Guests: Massachusetts has travel orders in effect for travelers coming from many states. We put the state website on our travel page for you to be able to keep track of the latest and greatest details. 3. New hotels are listed on the Travel Page for guests who are seeking accommodations for a night or the weekend. Food Update: We haven't 100% locked down the new caterer yet, but it is most likely going to be American BBQ out of Rowley, Massachusetts. We will update everyone with the full menu once we have it locked in place! Love Always, Becca (and Billy)
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to host our wedding at Independence Harbor. Due to our personal circumstances, we are not able to postpone our wedding at this time to a new date, so we have planned the whole thing over... again! New Venue: The "We Can't Thank You Enough" Chausse Household - Address is on the schedule page. New Schedule: The Ceremony won't start until 2pm now, so you have extra time to pamper yourself. New Hotel Block: We're still working on transferring our current wedding block to a hotel closer to Dracut, Ma. We will keep you posted. As of today, we have temporarily taken the "Travel" page off of the website until we are able to provide guests with more updates. Drinking and Driving: We know that with the venue change, we are a lot closer to many of our guests and a lot of guests will opt out of staying at the hotel. If you plan to stay at home, please consider a Lyft or Uber to get you to and from home. If you plan on staying at the hotel, we are working on a shuttle option to get you to and from. Safety Requirements/Measures: -Face Masks will be required at all times when you are not at your table. -Hand Sanitizer will be available at each table, by the bar, by the food stations, and near the lawn games. -Tables will be spaced so that there is only 1 table in each 10'x10' section of the tent. Tables will have a maximum capacity of 8 guests per table. -Guests will "stay with their chair," meaning that the same chair you sit in at the ceremony will then become your reception chair. -Disinfecting wipes will be available by the seating chart for any guests who wish to wipe down any surfaces. -Ceremony Seating will be spaced out more than you are used to seeing at a wedding in order to promote social distancing. We understand that even with all of these measures in place, some guests may not feel comfortable or safe to attend all or part of the day. Please make the decision that is best for you and your family.
Hello Everyone! Invitations were mailed out last week! Hopefully, if you haven't already received it, then you'll be receiving it shortly. We have a few additional updates for all of you as of yesterday... 1. The venue is still currently limited to a capacity of 25 for indoors. With this in mind, we are working with them to try to keep everything outdoors. However, if we are not able to do this, we may be changing our venue. We will update the website by early next week when we have more information. 2. Since we may be changing venues, we would not recommend booking your hotel room until after we can give you the next update. If you have already booked a room, we are in talks with the hotel about the possibility of transferring your booking to a Marriot family hotel near the new venue. For the guests who live further away and may be looking into airfare, the new venue will still be in Massachusetts. 3. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we have had to postpone our honeymoon to Spain. We're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll be able to go next year! In the meantime, if you have any suggestions for a mini-moon in the New England area, please let us know!
Hello Everyone! We understand that, at this time, Covid-19 is an ever evolving situation. We are currently still on schedule to be able to have our October 10, 2020 wedding at Independence Harbor! We are constantly staying in touch with the venue and working with them to help ensure a safe and healthy environment for all. We will be providing hand sanitizer throughout the venue and at each table, while also working with the venue to ensure as much social distancing as possible. When we are creating seating, we will be working to keep families and households seated together at the ceremony and reception. As of the time of this update, face masks will be required for all of the guests. We will provide disposable ones but feel free to be as festive and creative as you want to be! (Hint Hint: There might be a prize sent out to the best #FullerHearts1010 mask). The current plan (weather depending) is to have the ceremony completely outdoors. The reception portion of the event will be taking place indoors (ideally with windows open to increase air flow - again, we will need mother nature to help us out a bit here). With all of this said, we completely understand that some guests may not feel comfortable attending part or all of the day. Therefore, we have updated the RSVP options so that you will RSVP to each part of the event rather than the wedding as a whole. For example, if you only feel comfortable being outdoors, then you can RSVP yes to the ceremony and no the reception. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as we receive them from both the local government and the venue. We can't wait to celebrate with all of you in one way or another (but hopefully on 10/10)! Love Always, Becca and Billy
