Our Enagagement
On October 1st, 2024, we decided to take the boat out on Squam Lake with our pup, Ollie. The leaves were just starting to turn, and Ryan had packed wine and champagne for the ride. We stopped at one of our favorite spots—Sunset Rock. Ryan spread out a blanket, popped the champagne, and we sat together taking in the view while Ollie happily swam nearby. As I watched him splash in the water, I turned around to find Ryan on one knee. In that perfect, quiet moment—surrounded by the beauty of the lake and the little family we’ve built—he asked me to marry him. It was the sweetest, most unforgettable day.
