What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Cocktail dresses for women and suits for men. The ceremony will be on a grassy island that will require some walking. Please wear shoes that can accommodate these environments.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If explicitly stated on your invitation, you are welcome to bring a guest. We want to celebrate our marriage surrounded by our favorite people. Therefore we ask that only those directly invited come to the wedding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you can make it by September 1, 2025. This date is set by our catering company and we want to ensure we can provide meals for everyone. The venue is in a gated community and a list of names will be left at the gate to facilitate entry.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we ask that you take a night off and celebrate with us. Hiring a babysitter for the entire night is recommended, however children are welcome to attend the reception. Children under the age of 8 are asked to not be present at the ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4pm to allow time for parking and travel to the island. The ceremony will take place in the middle of the lake. Travel to the island is approximately a 5-10 minute walk.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Upon arrival, there will be a valet that will park your vehicle. The ceremony and reception will take place in the same location. When are you ready to leave, the valet will bring your car around to meet you.
