When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 17th, 2024. If you do not RSVP please plan to bring your own food and chair!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

To Ceremony: 4:00 - 4:30 PM - School bus shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express to the ceremony. **If you are staying at Barker's Island Inn please plan to walk to the ceremony (0.3 miles) or drive. To Reception: 5:00 - 5:30 PM - School bus shuttle from Barker's Island to UWS Yellowjacket Union. Back to Hotels: 10:00 - 11:59 PM - School bus shuttle from the UWS Yellowjacket Union to the Holiday Inn and then to Barker's Island Inn. The Hampton Inn is close to the Holiday Inn (600 feet). If you are staying at the Hampton Inn please walk to the Holiday Inn to utilize the shuttle and/or get off at the Holiday Inn and walk to the Hampton Inn. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking for the ceremony with several nearby locations for public parking. Please give yourself time in the case that you need to walk a few minutes to the location. There is plenty of parking at UWS for the reception. It's also important to note that you can (and should) leave your vehicle parked in the UWS lot over night if you get a bit carried away at the bar.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, regrettably, we have limited seating and cannot accommodate children other than those within the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding and we hope all of you amazing parents can enjoy a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry!
