ARE MY CHILDREN INVITED?
Answer
Unless your child's name is specifically listed on the invitation or they are included in the wedding party, we kindly request that you take this opportunity to enjoy an adult-only night out with us!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
We will not be having any alcoholic beverages at our reception.
Question
HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
On our wedding website, there is tab labeled "RSVP". Just type in your full name and options to respond will follow. We are requesting that everyone RSVP's by June 6th. This is important for our planning process and for vendors. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as a "no" and will not be included in the final head count. No exceptions.

WHAT ARE THE ADDRESSES OF THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
Answer
We are holding our ceremony and reception at the same location (Vaughan House in Forest, VA). The address is 2843 Elkton Farm Rd.

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET TO AND FROM THE VENUE?
Answer
If you are in the bridal party, you will be traveling with your group. If you are a guest, please consider carpooling as there is limited parking space. You can contact Jennifer Wilson or Amanda Fauska for carpooling arrangements to ensure you can make it to the venue!

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
Our wedding and reception are both being held outdoors by the greenhouse.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We would love to see all of our favorite people dressed in their best! Some rough guidelines to go by are summer garden party attire and lighter floral colors. Please refrain from wearing white as that is reserved for the bride.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN THE AREA?
Answer
Virginia is a humid climate so be wary for the heat in the daytime hours and dress appropriately. However, with our wedding being in the evening we do not expect it will be too hot.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
If you do not have plus one specifically listed on your invitation, you may not bring anyone. Our venue has a strict limit on guest count and we will turn away anyone without an invitation.

WILL THERE BE CONSIDERATION FOR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Answer
Yes we have the utmost respect for all of our guests and want you to enjoy every minute with us. We will be going with a buffet style catering for our meal, and you are able to choose freely among our selections for what is best suited for your restrictions. We will have multiple options to satisfy the desires of everyone at our reception.

WHERE SHOULD WE BRING/SEND OUR WEDDING GIFT?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we can ask for. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered at our home. 1101 Jefferson St. Apt. 503 Lynchburg, VA 24504. We will also have a wedding card box at the reception.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are asking our guests to arrive between 5:15pm and 5:30pm to allow enough time for everyone to take their seats and the ceremony to begin at 5:30pm on time. Please note that if you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you will be asked to wait until it has finished to join the other guests.
