Please RSVP for our wedding by Sunday, October 8th. Your response is essential for us to make proper arrangements and ensure a memorable experience for all. Please note that an RSVP is required to attend the wedding and to receive further details regarding the ceremony and reception. Your timely response will greatly assist us in planning and guaranteeing your inclusion in our celebration. Without an official RSVP we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you on the day of the wedding.

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and we kindly request everyone's presence at the designated time. Punctuality is greatly appreciated to ensure the smooth flow of the event.

What is the location of the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are thrilled to announce that our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Crystal Ballroom in St. Augustine, FL. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this stunning location provides the perfect indoor and outdoor backdrop for our special day. The ceremony will take place outside by the water and we will work our way inside for the reception. ABOUT ST. AUGUSTINE St. Augustine is the oldest European settlement in the United States and also played a pivotal role in being part of the Underground Railroad which helped former slaves escape to freedom! This city has a ton history and will serve as a wonderful place to sightsee before and after the wedding.

What is the attire?

Answer

Dress Code: Formal We kindly request that our guests dress in formal attire for our wedding. This calls for elegant and sophisticated outfits appropriate for a special occasion. This typically means gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates for ladies. For gentlemen, a tuxedo or suit are suitable choices. We encourage you to add your personal touch and have fun with your outfit.

Is there a gift registry?

We'll cut to the chase since you asked! We find that true joy and fulfillment come from travel and creating meaningful experiences with our loved ones, rather than material possessions. Are children allowed at the wedding?

This will be an ADULTS-ONLY wedding celebration. There will be alcohol served at the venue, therefore all guests must 21+.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

We are pleased to inform you that FREE parking will be available on-site at the wedding venue for your convenience. Additionally, for those staying at the hotel, there is parking available as well for $12 per night. SAFETY FIRST! As we prioritize the safety of everyone attending our special day, please refrain from drinking and driving after the reception. We want to ensure that all our loved ones arrive home safely.

Are there any recommended hotels nearby?

Answer

We have arranged for hotel accommodations at the World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort, which is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive from the wedding venue. We highly recommend booking your accommodations at this hotel, as it is the closest and most convenient option. For room block details, please check out the "TRAVEL" tab above.
