When should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 3 pm and close at 3:45 pm to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony. Please be advised there is assigned seating for the dinner. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has started you will be asked to wait in the lobby until the ceremony has ended. There will be 1 hour between the ceremony and reception while the bride and groom take photos with friends and family. During this time you may take photos with us, socialize with everyone, and eat from the charcuterie table. Dinner will be served close to 5:30 pm. After dinner has commenced you may move around tables freely. The reception will end at midnight.

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

While we wish we could have everyone here on this day with us, it just isn't possible. We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have a limited number of drinks for the guest. You may also bring your own and store them in the kitchen area.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi formal attire. No jeans , t-shirts, or flip flops please! All women please refrain from wearing white or shades of white.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. As of 12/30/24 all invitations have gone out and the names of the children invited were on the list.

What happens if I cant make it?

Answer

You will be missed! However, in the event you can not make it, please indicate your regrets on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be unplugged. We have hired an amazing photographer to take our pictures and would prefer you be in the moment with us. No cameras or phones will be allowed during the ceremony. After the ceremony, we would love for you to take all the pictures you want and share them with us to enjoy. Dont forget to share on social media. #frompena2perez

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

There is parking in the front of the venue as well as the back. However, if you are drinking we recommend having a DD. There are hotels across the street and you may also UBER/LYFT.
