If you see her working at this wedding at all, tell her to stop and hand her a glass of wine, this is her night off too ;)

Gill started out as a wine industry friend and quickly became one of my favorite people! I always looked up to her as an inspiring female business owner - she owns and operates Deep Sea, a gorgeous wine tasting room overlooking the ocean in Santa Barbara (go here while you are visiting!). You can now find me, Gill and Lauren (another one of my bridesmaids) cracking up over some hilarious story, sipping our latest wine find on the couch, and playing defense against her adorable dog, Rolo, who happens to have a very large crush on me.

The most dominant center to ever play... at the UCSB rec center. Will and I met just after college and bonded over our shared love of basketball. the better part of a decade later and there's still no one I'd rather hoop with.

Julia is an up and coming winemaker who I admire greatly! We met through mutual friends in our adult kickball league and connected over our love for Cab Franc. It seems as if we were meant to become friends as we went to rival high schools just 20 minutes away from each other back in San Diego.

I was first introduced to Hillary when she was a wine club member at a wine tasting room I managed. I remember her coming in with her friends (all of whom are lawyers) and as they tasted through wine and chatted about the cases they were working on, I thought, "I would love to be friends with her!" Years later, new jobs, different cities, and I am still lucky to call her my friend!

Evan and I met through wine tasting as well! She owns and operates an awesome local wine, history, and food tour, Taste Santa Barbara Food Tours (see our activities page for information on how to book a tour) and takes her guests wine tasting at Cebada, a tasting room I used to manage. We quickly bonded as we networked our way through Santa Barbara and have been close ever since!
