Flying into Santa Barbara

For guests traveling from out of state and comfortable flying, Santa Barbara has a small airport you can book flights into. From there, it's about a 30-40 minute drive into the hills of Santa Ynez. Thus, a rental car would be needed. https://www.flysba.santabarbaraca.gov

The Landsby

We have arranged a small wedding block at The Landsby (in Solvang), where Sean and I will be staying. The shuttle to/from Kestrel park will be picking up/dropping off from here. If there is availability and it fits your budget, we highly recommend staying here for ease of transportation to/from the venue (and it's the nicest hotel in Solvang). If not, no worries, there are many other options within walking/driving distance to The Landsby. Since available rooms are limited, booking early will give you a wider variety of price/room options. Our block will be held until Aug 6th before the hotel releases remaining rooms to the public. If you still want to book after 8/6, our discount will be available. Shuttle

Shuttle to/from Kestrel Park

October 2, 2021 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Guests must arrive to our wedding venue via a shuttle, which will pick up/drop off from The Landsby in Solvang. Unfortunately, there is no parking or ride shared services allowed at Kestrel Park. For guests not staying at The Landsby, there are parking lots near by for those driving and need a place to park before boarding the shuttle. There is no parking or ride-share drop off allowed at the venue. Shuttle transport is provided for your convenience. Shuttle will begin loading at 3pm on Mission Drive outside The Landsby (in front of the Jule Hus shop) and depart promptly at 3:15pm for Kestrel Park. There will only be 1 shuttle run to the wedding venue. So, please do not miss it! Shuttles back to The Landsby at night will depart Kestrel Park at 8:30pm, 9:15pm and immediately after the reception concludes between 10-10:15pm.
