We’re Getting Married!

We first met at a big “South Philly Party” - Brian waited until the end of the night as the party ended, then he quietly approached me and asked for my phone number. The next day, we spent hours on the phone talking and laughing about so many things we had in common.

We have such a non traditional love story, but that’s the beauty of who we are. We’ve already created a life together and have a beautiful blended family. Just when we thought we had everything together, 2020 came in and shook our lives up quite a bit. For us, the events of 2020 made us understand and appreciate the importance of love and family even more than ever before. Brian and I were unable to have a “date night” in almost a year due to the restrictions of the pandemic and the mandatory quarantine. Once we were able to go out, we decided to travel to Tampa with a few of our friends for a Valentine’s weekend getaway. We were so grateful to share time together as a couple. It was a quick weekend getaway and we enjoyed every minute! It’s not easy to surprise me but Brian figured out how to get me good! He waited until the day after Valentine’s Day as we were standing outside the hotel waiting for our ride to take us back to the airport. I turned around and there he was down on one knee with a ring in his hand asking me to marry him! Of course I said Yes!- and that day marked the beginning of our next chapter as we become One and change my last name from Lee to Bradley!
