Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Douglas Manor. The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

After the ceremony, the wedding party and close family will sneak away for photos for about an hour. In the meantime, grab a cocktail, play a few games, and get the celebration started while you wait - we promise it'll be fun!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back RSVP, or can I do it online?

The deadline is February 21, 2026. You can RSVP on our website under the RSVP link.

Will there be cocktails and what's for dinner?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be a BBQ bar. There will also be an open bar with signature his and hers drinks, plus beers, seltzers, tea, and lemonade.

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat - so you don't miss a single moment of the fun!

Yes! We'll have some transportation available for those who need it. Otherwise, it's just a short, easy walk from the ceremony to the reception hall.

Our big day at Douglas Manor is on March 14, 2026. The ceremony will kick off at 3:00 p.m., followed by cocktails, games, and mingling during cocktail hour, then our reception full of food, dancing, and fun. Around 8:00pm, we'll have a fun mock exit to keep the party going - get ready to celebrate!

The reception will wrap up with a mock exit around 8:00 pm, giving kids and anyone who needs to leave a fun send-off. For those who want to keep the party going, we'll have an after-party at the same location right after!
