We're getting married!

Vanessa and Greg first met on their way out to the Pacific Ocean in Spring of 2016. Greg had left Arizona for Spring Break to enjoy a cruise with some friends and Vanessa had departed from California with a friend to celebrate her birthday on that same cruise ship. Little did they know, on the night of Vanessa's birthday, they would be left alone to get lost in conversation for a little over 5 hours. Immediately, they knew they were not leaving the boat the same way they had boarded. They had both gained a new friend... and soon to be more. A few months after the cruise, Greg had come home for the Summer and had decided not to leave California again without asking Vanessa to be his. On July 4th, they chose to continue their adventure as a couple...

Fast forward two years later and Greg had decided to set a date to pop the question... He had told Vanessa that he wanted to take her to the cliffs of Terranea in Palos Verdes, California to take pictures for Christmas that year. He had shared with her that he had always wanted to "write a message in a bottle like they do in the movies," so they had agreed to bring their own written messages to read to one another while on the cliffs. On December 2nd of 2017, Vanessa walked onto the cliffs fully unaware of the actual situation at hand. What started with actual Christmas photos being taken in front of a big Christmas Tree, ended with photos of Greg on one knee and Vanessa nodding "yes!"
