Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The venue for our special day is primarily an outdoor setting, offering a charming blend of nature and elegance. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outside, allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding us. During the reception and cocktail hour, you can mingle under a beautifully arranged tent that provides comfort while still embracing the outdoor atmosphere. As the evening progresses, the dance floor will be under the stars, creating a magical ambiance perfect for celebrating.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP indicated on your save the date and invitation envelope. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, you can most certainly bring them! Our wedding wouldn't be whole without all of our friends & family there. But if you want a night out alone with out your little ones we understand that too!

Will you have room blocks in the area?

Answer

Yes! It is too early at this time for us to set up room blocks within the area. Please check back in a few months when you have received your invitation. We will have a room block at Heritage Hills Golf Resort. If you are not interersted in this hotel we will also have a list of other hotels in the area, as well as local airbnbs!

Can I take photos durring the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all cell phones stay away and silenced during the ceremony. This ensures that our photographer doesn’t get any unwanted objects in the way of our wedding photos. Before the ceremony begins we will have a few minutes for everyone to grab their photo to capture the special moment.

What is a soft RSVP?

Answer

A soft RSVP is a way to get an early gauge of guest attendance at a wedding, before the formal RSVP cards or invitations are sent out. This just helps us have a better idea for planning purposes.
