Men: A light-colored suit is key, allowing for comfort in the outdoor environment. Fabrics like linen or cotton are breathable and suitable for warmer weather. A dress shirt, tie (or even a bow tie), and dress shoes complete the look. Women: Long, elegant dresses or pantsuits in light colors are appropriate. Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The venue for our special day is primarily an outdoor setting, offering a charming blend of nature and elegance. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outside, allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding us. During the reception and cocktail hour, you can mingle under a beautifully arranged tent that provides comfort while still embracing the outdoor atmosphere. As the evening progresses, the dance floor will be under the stars, creating a magical ambiance perfect for celebrating.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our guest list is limited, so unless your children are listed on your invitation, we are planning for an adults-only celebration. If you find yourself in a bind and need to bring them, just let us know!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available, but spaces are limited. If you’re able to carpool or use uber/lyft, we’d greatly appreciate it.

Will you have room blocks in the area?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at Heritage Hills Golf Resort. If you are not interersted in this hotel we will also have a list of other hotels in the area under the travel tab

Can I take photos durring the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all cell phones stay away and silenced during the ceremony. This ensures that our photographer doesn’t get any unwanted objects in the way of our wedding photos. Before the ceremony begins we will have a few minutes for everyone to grab their photo to capture the special moment.
