London Heathrow is the most convenient airport to get to us. It is the shortest drive if you are hiring a car, for the train users, there is a direct train to London Paddington that takes around 15 minutes and Paddington is the station you need for the train to Moreton-In-Marsh. London Gatwick is a few miles south of London and so the drive will be quite a bit longer. Trains from London Gatwick go to London Bridge or Farringdon and take either 30 or 45 minutes and then you will need to get across London to get to Paddington. From Farringdon you can take the Circle Line on the Tube to get to Paddington. If you wish to fly to Manchester airport then driving is the only option and it is about a 3 hour drive.
Usual summer wedding attire for the ceremony and evening celebrations. Suits for gents, and for the ladies hats and fascinators are encouraged.
We would love for you to join us on Friday afternoon for clay pigeon shooting on the estate at 15.30 and if you can't make that, then we will be hosting food and drinks later in the evening - more details on this to come. If you are only joining us on Saturday, the ceremony is likely to begin at around 15.00 so leave plenty of time to arrive for that. Also James would like to play golf on Saturday morning so if you want to join for a tee time, get there around 9 am!
