What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony start time is 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

All events will take place indoors.

Yes, there will be an open bar for the majority of the night.

What will your wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. Cocktail hour will start at 4:00pm and will last approximately 60 minutes. This is to give our team time to flip the ceremony space and set up for the reception. Plenty of appetizers, desserts, and drinks will be available during this time for our guests. Dinner will start at 5pm. The cake will be cut at approximately 6:15pm. First dances will start at 6:30pm and then we will start the dance party. Pizza will be ordered at 9pm. The venue will close at 11pm.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at 451 N Saint Augustine St, Pulaski, WI 54162. You will know you are at the right place when you notice a driveway with a sign going over the driveway that says “The Barn at Sunset Acres."

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot available at the wedding venue.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

The wedding will be primarily kid-free, but there are some exceptions. If kids are invited, it will say on your invite. If your kids are invited, please have caution as the music that will be played will likely not be kid-friendly.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour plus the addition of a dessert bar. For the reception, a buffet style meal will be served with the options of baked sliced ham, broasted chicken, or tenderloin steak with multiple side choices. After dinner, cake will be served. There will be an open bar for the majority of the night.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We will be having a professional photographer take pictures throughout our wedding. We would like for people to not take their own pictures during the ceremony to keep it as intimate as possible. Feel free to take as many pictures as you want the rest of the night!

The RSVP deadline will be August 28th, 2023. This will ensure that we have enough time to plan everything that our guests will need.

Answer

Yes. Gifts are not mandatory, but are greatly appreciated! There will be a table for cards and gifts. You can also mail your card or gift to our house located at 1511 N Briarcliff Dr, Appleton, WI 54915. We thank you for your generosity!

When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

The reception, including first dances, will end at approximately 7pm. Feel free to party with us all night though until the venue kicks us out!

Yes! We just ask that you don’t take your own pictures during the ceremony. We are leaving that up to our professional photographer.
