Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Early RSVP's are MOST appreciated! As this is a destination event, the sooner we know, the better! You can RSVP "yes" or "no" under the "RSVP" tab whenever you like! Please make sure to RSVP no later than December 15th, 2025. **IMPORTANT** Please do not RSVP “Yes” unless you’re sure you can attend. We’re planning a seated meal, and every guest is accounted for. If your plans change, just let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate your honesty and thoughtfulness.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our venue is a beautiful open-air space nestled in a tropical tree farm. Think breezy palms, oak canopies, and lots of natural charm. We’re asking guests to dress in Garden Semi-Formal/Formal Attire, with a relaxed, bohemian twist to match the setting. For men, dress pants with a button-down shirt, blazer optional. For women, a flowy maxi or midi sundress. Keep in mind this is Florida, and in the months of March, temperatures are typically in the 70s. Wear light breathable fabrics (cotton, chiffon, linen blends). Feel free to have fun with color, texture, and prints. We love the look of boho-chic meets garden glam. Pastel colors and fun accessories welcome! Wedges, block heels, or dressy flats (remember—we’ll be on grass). You can find photos of the attire & venue under the “Gallery” tab!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Most of you are coming from out of town, SO I have done lots of research to find the best hotels, Airbnbs, and condos that are affordable and family-friendly! You can find hotels under the "Travel" tab. Or you can check out my Google Doc that has alternative options. I found plenty of Airbnbs for couples and some big enough to accommodate up to 8 guests for sharing! I primarily listed Vero Beach (where the wedding is held) and Jupiter (home base to our family) for options. All that being said, PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out to the Holt family for more options and accommodations. We are locals, and we are more than happy to help! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eRiT1oI5svWwS9gn-1DIsIoiB5J1dHzQTSoNnSuD52Y/edit?usp=sharing

Question

Who can I invite?

Answer

Please ask me about this! As of now, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus-one or child is included, their name will appear when you RSVP. If you have an extra guest in mind, please send the bride a message so she can make note of it. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, and if we expand the capacity closer to the date, we’ll let you know! If you’d prefer to attend without a child or member of your party, just let us know! Thanks so much for understanding and helping us keep the celebration personal. Note: childcare won’t be provided at the venue, but feel free to reach out if you’d like local babysitter referrals. We’re happy to help!
