We’re Getting Fritched!

Our story began long before we ever imagined it would. We grew up in the same place and first crossed paths back in middle school. I remember Tanner as the guy always wearing his True Religion jeans and Jack Purcells—effortlessly cool in that unmistakable way. I was in my zebra-stripe scrunch shirts, heading to choir practice and doing my own thing. We shared the same world, just not the same moment yet. Years later, timing finally caught up with us. We reconnected through mutual friends, and what started as easy hangouts quickly turned into something more. Conversation became comfort, laughter came easily, and the connection felt natural from the start. In one of those simple moments that change everything, we both knew there was something worth holding onto—and from there, the rest truly is history. When we first started dating, love looked a lot like late nights, Wendy’s Frostys, and sitting together watching Ridiculousness, laughing until it hurt. What began in those small, ordinary moments grew into something steady and real. Along the way, we built a life together and welcomed our sweet son, who has filled our days with more love than we ever imagined. Now, here we are—engaged, grateful for the journey that brought us here, and excited for the next chapter. We can’t wait to celebrate our love and this season of life with the people who have been part of our story all along.
